Originally from Barcelona, the global heartland of padel, Hector competed at an advanced level for over a decade and now applies his extensive experience as a qualified personal trainer and athletic conditioning coach to develop stronger, faster, and more resilient padel athletes. Specialising in padel-specific movement, injury prevention, recovery, and longevity, Hector works with players of all ages and standards, from recreational enthusiasts to competitive tournament players. His coaching focuses on improving speed, agility, endurance, power generation, mobility, and physical resilience both on and off the court.

Joel Baldwin
BOOK NOWJoel Baldwin is the Founder and CEO of Padelspeed, a qualified padel coach, and a lifelong racket sports enthusiast with extensive playing experience across squash, tennis and padel. Having grown up in Guatemala with a passion for football, athletics and adventure sports, he later developed a strong endurance sport background in the UK, including training with Oxford University Triathlon Club. Combining coaching experience with a PhD-level research background, Joel specialises in helping players improve through structured analysis, evidence-based training and practical performance insights. His approach focuses on player development, equipment optimisation, tactical understanding and long-term progression, helping players of all levels make smarter decisions and unlock their potential on court.
